🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.
🔸 If you call 24+ hours in advance, any prepayment will be fully applied to your rescheduled appointment.
🔸No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows for prepaid services.
- Non-Members: A cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the appointment cost (whichever is greater) will be charged.
- Monthly Members: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
This policy is in place to respect our time and to ensure appointment availability for all clients.
